Alameda Free Library

Due to an earthquake, the old Alameda library was damaged and replaced by a new one which opened in 2006. The library is a completely free service and provides a variety of free programs for children and adults. Children can get homework help or get involved in storytimes, and adults can participate in free computer training classes. The library also provides meeting places for intermediate and advanced book clubs, a Mac Users Group, teen book club and more!
